To solve the new external sounds issue since v1.0.6 please download the mod again.
Updates:
Note 1: To the 1.0.9 version of AC, is strongly recommended copy the tatuus .bank sounds to each sfx folder renaming accordly each version of the escort. I’ll not do another update just to do that again.
Note 2: For some unknown reason the S1 version doesn’t work with AI anymore, I’ll try to solve this in the next update. When I feel motivated again.

in the replay with outside view of the cars sound does not work

This hotfix is just to solve that. I’ve checked it now and are working normally here. Btw try to copy the tatuus fa01 sfx .bank to sfx folder of each car and rename it replacing the old .bank.

You modders are genes resolve the mess and you know they do those of the Kunos , I should also think about before you release an update and not make you work damn to fix their mistakes … thanks again

Sovers, thanks so much for the effort/work on this fantastic car, but I have just one question about this superdetailed Escort Mk2: Where is the diff housing in the middle of the rear axle? Can you pleas do that in the next version if possible? 🙂 Obrigado , Robin_NL

Hi Robin, actually there’s a diff housing, but is the type that uses macphersson struts on the rear, like this examples: http://passionford.com/forum/general-car-related-discussion/213595-now-where-to-modify-rear-beams-4.html This sort of arrangement exists, maybe I’ll make the proper rear axle when this type of physics model become available. We’ll see.

hi sovers, i’ve tried the escort MKII and there is a bug when you race with AI and S1 version of the car and only this one.The cars just desapeared on the start line.

Don’t the AI work with this car ? Just tried in Nurburgring and they all just span their wheels on the line, didn’t move and all retired 🙂

Another n00b question…
If I find the Gr4 beautiful but a bit too slow and prefer the S1 power in the Gr4( including foglights etc.) I simply delete the Gr4 ‘data’ totally and copy paste the S1 ‘data’ into the Gr4 ‘data’ or just some files?

Hi Hans,
I’m planning to release a bit more than just a compatibility patch, it will take some time to be released, for now you can edit the aero.ini, deleting the [DATA] section and changing the header to 2.
The result will be something like this:
[HEADER]
VERSION=2
[WING_0]
… don’t change anything else…
